Jennifer Aniston photoshot

Out promoting her newest film 'Wanderlust,' Jennifer Aniston had a photo shoot and interview with InStyle Magazine.
On the most annoying misconception about her:
"Which one? There are so many. I would say the triangle with my ex-husband - and that there's a feud there. It's constant. It's a story headline that won't go away, but it's a money thing - [people make money off] a story that has nothing to do with reality."
On her favorite thing about boyfriend Justin Theroux's style:
"First of all, he has great style - it's very specific, and it has been his style forever. Has it influenced mine? No, but I know people say it has. 'Oh, look, you're dressing alike.' And I think, no I'm not. I've had this jacket for three years!"
'Wanderlust' is out in theaters February 24th. Also be sure to check out InStyle for more!

Kate Middleton Chooses Her Charities

Ever since the wedding watched ’round the world last spring, all eyes have been on Kate Middleton. From her fashion choices to her potential pregnancy, the world wants more of the popular Duchess. And now, some new tidbits have been released.
Due to her royal standing, there was never a question as to whether Middleton would become involved in charity work, but there has been intense speculation about where she would devote her energies.
For the past several months, she has been researching various organizations, determining which ones she can best serve. People.com cites a palace source as saying that the Duchess of Cambridge sifted through hundreds of requests, and that, “She did her own research and chose these after approaches or because they reflected the areas she was already aware of, especially in the arts and outdoor activities.”
Now those picks have been made public.
She will serve as:
Patron of Action on Addiction, an organization that helps children and families affected by substance abuse. According to People’s palace source, her decision stems from an observation that addiction “lay at the heart of many of the social issues she was looking at.”
Royal Patron of East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices, which cares for terminal children and those with life-threatening diseases. The organization is based in Cambridge, which also played a role in her choice.
Royal Patron of The Art Room, which aids children by using art as therapy. Middleton has already visited The Art Room, prompting the organization’s founder to say, “It is a fantastic endorsement of . . .  the role that art and creativity can play in helping children and young people whose start in life has been difficult.”
Patron of the National Portrait Gallery, London, which reflects her interest in art, which she studied at St. Andrews University.
The royal’s press secretary released a statement about the diverse nature of Middleton’s choices, saying that her picks represent ”Her Royal Highness’s personal interests in the arts, the promotion of outdoor activity, and supporting people who are in need of all ages, especially young children” and will “complement the charitable work already undertaken by her husband.”
In addition to her official patronages, Middleton will perform private volunteer work in North Wales, and will serve as a volunteer in the Scout Association. As a former Brownie, the organization is close to her heart and will provide a way for her to get involved within the community.
According to a spokesman for the Scouts, Middleton “is a big hill-walker and does a lot of outdoor pursuits. So, she might teach them how to pack a rucksack, how to put a tent up, cooking in a camp situation. All those sorts of things are skills she might pass on as she’s an adult who’s got some expertise in that area.”
Hopefully, now that these tough decisions have been made, Middleton can take a few days to relax and have fun — the Duchess celebrates her 30th birthday on Monday, January 9!

Kate Middleton Flag Kate Middleton Visits Recovering Addicts

Following in the footsteps of the late Princess Diana, Kate Middleton recently took some time out to visit recovering addicts in an Action on Addiction treatment center. The group, which recently announced the Duchess’ patronage, aims to help people with a range of addictions at its treatment centers across England. It also supports their families, commissions research and trains people to be addictions counselors.
During her visit, the Duchess met with patients and staff of the facility, where many addicts go through detox and subsequently enter a 12 step program to recovery.
Chief Executive of the organization, Nick Barton, was quoted as saying, “It is a great honor for the Charity that Her Royal Highness has chosen to become our patron. We are very grateful to the Duchess whose support will enable us to keep the issue of addiction in the spotlight. Addiction is a consuming condition that results in a great deal of harm to individuals, families, communities and society as a whole. Yet, it is not always well understood or responded to effectively. We are thrilled that the Duchess will be supporting us in our mission to free people from addiction and its effects.”
The new royal has been putting her time to good use while husband Prince William is serving in the Faulkland Islands. As part of her role as the Duchess of Cambridge, Middleton has not only announced her support for Action on Addiction but also for three other groups: the National Portrait Gallery, a children’s hospice organization, and the Art Room. She has also elected to be a volunteer with the Scout Association.
Her support of the art organizations comes as no surprise, since she studied Art History during her time at St. Andrews. Her other choices have been noted to echo those of Princess Diana, who worked on behalf of AIDS patients and groups that secured civilian safety in countries affected by war.
The next step for Middleton is a visit to “The Brink”, a dry bar run by Action on Addiction. The bar, which opened six months ago in Liverpool, is alcohol-free and provides not only food, drinks, and entertainment to customers, but also hosts areas dedicated to alcohol counseling.

Justin Bieber's Bodyguard Opens Israeli Can of Whoop Ass on Rogue Photog

Justin Bieber's bodyguard -- a former Israeli soldier -- just laid the smackdown on an overly aggressive paparazzo -- not ours -- at LAX airport moments ago ... according to sources connected with the Biebs.

Sources inside Bieber's camp tell us, Bieber had just arrived and was getting into an SUV to leave the airport ... when a photog ran in front of the car to take several shots.

We're told the bodyguard asked the photog to get out of the way -- but the guy refused, and persisted to take photographs.

At that point, we're told the bodyguard tried to guide the photog to the sidewalk -- and the guy took a swing at him.

That's when the bodyguard ducked, and then knocked the photog out with one punch.  We're told the bodyguard then held the photog down until cops arrived.

We're told the photog was detained -- so far no word if it will turn into an arrest.

Kim Kardashian Divorce Turns Ugly Reality TV On Trial

The Kim Kardashian, Kris Humphries divorce has become a bitter fight, and we've learned Kris' lawyer intends to put reality TV on trial ... but that could blow up in his face.

Sources tell us ... Kris and his lawyer, Lee Hutton, want to "expose the M.O. of reality TV" by proving Kim had no intention of staying married to him, but just wanted big ratings for her reality show.

Now here's the irony.  The duo wants to prove their point by asking the judge to allow TMZ and TV stations to broadcast the trial -- something that the judge might find a tad hypocritical ... not that we're complaining.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim filed for divorce on grounds of "irreconcilable differences."  Kris has countered that he wants the marriage annulled based on fraud.`

Kris has a couple of problems with the fraud claim.  First of all, he's the one who proposed.  Second, the publicity has made him famous and marketable and he'll make millions more than he would have otherwise.

And another big point in Kim's favor... We've learned the prenup is extremely long and complicated ... accounting for what would happen years into the future.  Why would she go through the time and trouble of having a long prenup if she planned on pulling the plug on the marriage within a few months?
